4. Service Agreement

4.1 Quotations and Proposals

All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Quotations are estimates based on the information provided and may be subject to change if project requirements change.

4.2 Acceptance of Work

A service agreement is formed when:

• You accept our written quotation, or
• You provide written confirmation to proceed, or
• You pay the required deposit

4.3 Project Scope

All work will be performed according to the agreed project brief and specifications. Any changes to the scope of work may result in additional charges.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Payment Schedule

Unless otherwise agreed:

• 50% deposit is required before work commences
• Remaining balance is due upon completion and delivery
• Payment terms are net 14 days from invoice date

5.2 Late Payment

Late payment charges of 1.5% per month may be applied to overdue accounts. We reserve the right to suspend work on overdue accounts.

5.3 Additional Costs

Any additional costs (travel, accommodation, equipment rental, etc.) will be discussed and agreed upon before being incurred.

6. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights

6.1 Copyright

Upon full payment, clients receive usage rights as specified in the project agreement. Copyright remains with HOVALOFT LIMITED unless explicitly transferred in writing.

6.2 Portfolio Usage

We reserve the right to use completed work for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6.3 Client Materials

Clients must ensure they have appropriate rights to any materials provided to us for use in their projects.

7. Delivery and Revisions

7.1 Delivery Timeline

Delivery dates are estimates and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any delays promptly.

7.2 Revisions

The number of included revisions will be specified in each project agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

7.3 Final Approval

Client approval is required at specified project milestones. Failure to provide timely feedback may result in project delays.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

8.1 Client Cancellation

Projects may be cancelled with written notice. Cancellation charges apply based on work completed:

• Before work begins: 25% of total project cost
• After work begins: Full payment for work completed plus 50% of remaining balance
• After final delivery: No refund

8.2 Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or health emergencies.

9. Liability and Insurance

9.1 Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.

We maintain appropriate professional indemnity and public liability insurance for our business operations.

9.3 Equipment and Data

While we take reasonable care of equipment and data, we recommend clients maintain backups of all important materials.

We respect client confidentiality and will not disclose confidential information without written consent, except as required by law.

12. Dispute Resolution
